There are lots of different ways of keeping fit.  Try something new in 2017! 

 

   You could dance

   - try Line dancing, Dance aerobics, Jive, Appalacian Dance, Tango or even (if you are aged 2-6, Ballet) - all in our Village Hall

    You could run, cycle, walk, ride, play tennis, bowls, darts or golf - all in and around High Legh 

    You might like to gently keep your limbs supple - try Tai Chi, Bowling or Pilates - in our Village Hall

It is important to also keep the brain active - try Bridge or the Community Observatory or enjoy craft, book club or monthly talks with the WI and/or try some of the the wide range of activities run by St John's Church.

You don't have to sit at home.  Have a look in the Newsletter or on this website and see if there is something that interests you.
